It looked like Columbia's Marcus Burghardt put in a huge ride on stage 18, and his SRM power meter data confirms it.

Burghardt was super aggressive and obviously wanted the win bad. He was in the initial breakaway, and when that was caught he escaped again wth Feillu. He dropped Feillu on the Col De Parmenie, and caught Barredo on the descent.

For the next nearly three hours, Burghardt had a normalized power of 309 watts as he worked with Barredo. With 10k to go, Barredo attacked on the last climb. Burghardt repeatedly answered those attacks with huge 1,300-watt efforts and averages between 700-900 watts.

In the final sprint, Burghardt achieved his peak 5-second wattage for the day with a 1,347-watt effort. The entire final sprint lasted 16 seconds for an average of 958 watts. That is a serious sprint! Especially after all the attacks and having been on the escape for nearly four hours.
