  4. Prizewinner will be selected no later than November 17, 2009 from among all entries received. Winner selection will take place under the supervision of VeloNews, whose decision is final. Each entrant consents to the transfer of all information contained in the completed entry form to other companies.
  5. The total number of eligible entries received determines the odds of winning. Taxes, where applicable, are the sole responsibility of the winner.
  6. Potential winners will be notified by mail, telephone or e-mail.
